Klenvor.com website (“Website”) is an Internet based content and e-commerce portal headquartered at Klenvor Lifestyle LLP.

Use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. Klenvor at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept a User from registering on the Website without assigning any reason thereof.

Except where additional terms and conditions are provided which are product specific, these terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. By using the services of Klenvor.com, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions.

Authenticity Guarantee

At Klenvor.com, we ONLY stock authentic products. All our items are genuine and are sourced directly from the manufacturer or from their authorized distributors. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of any of the items you have purchased from us or are considering purchasing, please contact us directly by emailing us at [email protected] and we shall be happy to address your concerns.

Returns Policy

We follow a very transparent returns policy for products purchased from our online store. You can return the unused products within 7 days of order delivery by writing us an e-mail on [email protected] or calling us on +91-85916 65262.

Return requests will be validated by our team and reverse pickup will be arranged within 7 business days.

Special instructions for reverse pickup: The reverse product will be assigned within 2-3 days and the product will be picked in another 4-5 working days. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference through email.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
– Product is damaged
– Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
– Product is used or altered
– If request is initiated after 7 days of order delivery.

Refunds Policy

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which we receive returned goods. In case of prepaid order through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days. In case of Cash-on-Delivery order,  contact us at +91-85916 65262 or mail us at [email protected] and our customer support team will guide you on the process.

If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In the case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Cancellation Policy

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order by informing our team through an email on [email protected] or calling us on +91-85916 65262.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and will initiate the refund within 48 business hours post the cancellation request.

In case you wish to cancel your order, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order which has already been shipped, the refund shall be initiated after we receive the shipped products back and verify the condition of the products. We will refund your money within 24-48 business hours. An update will be communicated to you via email.

Payments

Mode of payment – Payments for the products available on Site and app may be made in the following ways:

– UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets and e-Gift cards.
– Online payments are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.
– Cash On Delivery option is available for limited areas only.

All online payments are handled by authorized Payment Gateways considering transaction security measures mandated by RBI and other regulatory authorities. Klenvor is not responsible for any breach of information, or inappropriate transactions.

Shipping/Delivery policy

Confirmed orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 working hours. Once shipped, they’ll be delivered to you within 2-5 working days. Estimated delivery time may change due to the customer’s geographical location, shipping destination, product availability and courier partner’s delivery time & location.
In case of one or more defective products in your order, please register a single complaint as the return/replacement will be arranged only once. Customers are advised not to accept tampered or damaged shipments.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, you can follow the track shipping link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you could mail us your order no. and registered email ID on [email protected] using which you placed your order or call us on +91 85916 65262. We will check and revert to you on your order status. Please note we are available Mon-Sat from 9:30am to 7pm (except on Public holidays).
